We should alone appreciate the endurance and ability to renew of persons working in the agricultural production. However, if we give further energy to the sustainability and development of this segment we can achieve great things which will be advantageous for both the present and the future generations.
Our special development team work day by day on the increase of efficiency of our products; we are continually developing our products and ensure permanent quality by manufacturing in our own plant. We serve our partners within one day so the preparation is always available for them at the moment they want to use it. We adopt an approach that our first priority is always the producer. This human centeredness is shown also by that our consultants visit the farmers personally, maintain contact with them and strive to transfer the knowledge our company has.

It is not an overstatement to say that we think what we are doing is a mission. The Phylazonit products developed by us contain such bacteria important for the plants which can contribute to their growth and nutrient supply. By using the Phylazonit products, you can accomplish environment-friendly still economical and safe production, resulting in higher yield and more favourable nutritional values. The members of our product line can be used also in organic farming.

Hungarian product from Hungarian factories

Phylazonit bacterial preparations are being manufactured in Szeged from 2004 and in Beszterec, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County from 2010 so we can serve out our partners from two factories. Thereby we have proper manufacturing capacity for satisfying the continuously increasing market demands.

All materials used during the manufacturing and also the factory itself fully result from Hungarian manufacturers’ work performed in Hungary.  Phylazonit is a wholly Hungarian product.

The process of product manufacturing starts in the laboratory where our microbiologists prepare the inoculants under perfectly sterile conditions. The manufacturing itself takes place in so-called fermentation tanks. The packaging of the products is done just prior to the delivery, so our partners always receive the freshest bacterial preparation of the highest active cell amount.

From factory straight to producer

We do not store our preparations but supply Phylazonit straight from our factory to our clients. Owing to our fast logistics background, the ordered preparations can arrive as early as in 24 hours to our producers at any point of the country. We package our preparation in fresh condition; we fill our tanks of various sizes only a few hours before delivery so the bacterial fertilizers delivered are available always in the best quality, to the greatest satisfaction of our producers. We always supply such amount of products which our clients need at the actual moment, so the quality of our preparations will not deteriorate in case of either a change in the weather conditions or a technical problem.

Human centeredness and quality assurance

As regards our logistics and sales activity, we have an approach that our first priority is always the producer. Our consultants visit the farmers personally and transfer them the knowledge our company has. We always offer the easiest and most efficient implementation technology for them. We not only sell Phylazonit products to our clients but follow the whole process of their agricultural production, helping them and providing professional support for them.

Since 2012, each member of the Phylazonit product line is sealed with lead seal having individual identification number till the delivery, guaranteeing that it will remain unopened. At the same time it also means that any quality problem with our solutions will result in immediate replacement of the product. Phylazonit Soil Inoculant

A significant portion of costs of plant production is spent on nutrient supply. We offer the Phylazonit preparation of soil inoculants for farmers who would like to achieve that the nutrients applied can be taken up by the plants with the greatest possible efficiency.   The bacteria found in the soil inoculants will propagate on the surface of the root and exert their multiple favourable effects here. Firstly, they stimulate root production thereby provide larger surface for the nutrient and water transport. Secondly, living on the root surface they help the plants in taking up the nutrients thereby “easing” them from these energy consuming processes which energy can be used by the plant for stimulating other vital processes. Thirdly, by binding the nitrogen content of the soil air and mobilizing the phosphoric forms bound in the soil, they will provide surplus nutrient for our plant culture. By using the Phylazonit soil inoculants, efficiency of fertilization will increase in any case.

 

Why is it favourable to use Phylazonit Soil Inoculants?

  • under the effect of the bacterial fertilizer, denser and deeper root will form which will help the plant in taking up nutrients intensively and enduring droughty circumstances;

Usage:

Arable plant cultures: in 10-20 l/ha dosage.
Horticultural plant cultures: in 10-20 l/ha dosage.
 

Mode of application:

It can be used in all arable and horticultural plant cultures in amount of 10-20 l/ha, with 100-300 l/ha water quantity, applied on the whole land surface prior to seeding, planting and immediately worked into the soil, or by means of a special device with 20-40 l/ha quantity of liquid applied on the whole surface then mixed into the seed bed, or injected in the bed simultaneously with the seeding.

Phylazonit Stubble Decomposer

We recommend use of bacterial preparation Phylazonit Stubble Decomposer for farmers who think it important to improve soil fertility and cultivability.

We can achieve improvement of soil constituting the base of plant production by the governed decomposition of the stem residues left on the area. The bacterium strains found in the Phylazonit preparation of stubble decomposers are able to provide nutrients for our cultivated plants. By releasing the nutrients found in the stubble residues, these bacteria stimulate life in the soil thereby improve its cultivability. The bacterial strains found in the preparation not only enrich the nutrient stock of the soil by reusing the stubble but they also help in decomposing the nutrients already bound in the soil. The easily, quickly decomposing vegetable parts will get back into the circulation of nutrients in one growing season, while the slowly decomposing organic matters will contribute to humus production.

 

Why is it favourable to use Phylazonit Stubble Decomposer?

  • the nutrients found in the stubble residue are made available for the plant;
  • it will contribute to the process of humus production thereby increase the organic matter content of the soil;
  • through decomposing stubble residues, it will decrease amount of pathogens and pests  surviving the winter period on them; 
  • soil structure will significantly improve thereby improving its water, air and heat management;
  • owing to the improvement of the soil structure, the demand for hauling capacity may decrease during soil preparation, thus reducing fuel oil consumption (even as much as by 20-30%)
  • reaction (pH level) of the soil will change for neutral.

Usage:

Arable plant cultures: in 10-20 l/ha dosage.
Horticultural plant cultures: in 10-20 l/ha dosage.
 

Mode of application:

The preparation can be used in all arable and horticultural plant cultures in an amount of 10-20 l/ha (150-200 l/ha quantity of liquid) applied directly on the stubble or the stem residues by means of a special device mounted on a tractor or a sprayer and mixed immediately into the soil.

The treatment should be performed during the operation when a major part of stubble residues is worked into the soil and soil preparation of 10-25 cm depth can be made in good quality.

Since the strains found in the preparation can endure dry soil well, do not time the application to the weather but to the condition of soil!

The efficiency of stubble decomposition can be increased significantly if you chop the vegetable residues to uniformly small size previously.

Phylazonit Soil Regenerator

We offer Phylazonit Soil Regenerator to such farmers who think it is important to help the plant’s initial growth and protect the seedling from diseases.

We selected the bacterial strains found in the preparation in such a way that through their hormone production they can stimulate root formation and quicken the growth of the seedling. As a result of their metabolism processes, they produce such antibiotic-like substances which are avoided by soil-borne fungi. Owing to their siderophore producing ability, they restrict propagation of fungi in the vicinity of the root surface. The quickly propagating strains Pseudomonas and Bacillus adopting themselves well to the various soil types and circumstances crowd out harmful microorganisms by occupying the growing space. This property may be especially important for the farms which cannot comply with the requirements of crop rotation. Similarly it is recommended in such cases when the same diseases may attack, damage the subsequent plant cultures. The preparation can be used in organic farming areas as well, so it may be the most important preventive preparation for ecological farming.
